Can't do better than HouseNetwork as your estate agent

I believe the age of the high street estate agency is dead. And thats saying something coming from an ex-estate agent. HouseNetwork have been fantastic, Kristina in particular, charming, kind and helpful but actually everyone who I spoke to have been super. Thank you. We had a neighbour trying to scupper our sale which held everything up yet HouseNetwork continued to liaise with me the seller, our lovely buyers and both sets of solicitors to see the sale through to the end. I've rated them 5stars on every category because although with an on-line agent such as HouseNetwork they don't have the local knowledge, I the vendor doing the viewings has better local knowledge than anyone else!! Value for money wise I saved myself over ten thousand pounds compared to the 1.5% the local agent would have charged me.
