Two houses sold, third to go

As an introduction, the house in question was my mother in law’s and many of her extended family were involved in the process of moving her to sheltered accommodation, so the following comments are a composite. My wife and I recommended using House Network after selling our family home through them around 4 years ago. We have a strong dislike for the frequently arrogant and aggressive approach of conventional high street estate agents, who do not earn their inflated fees with over-optimistic valuations and failure to deliver on promises. Our experience is that House Network does deliver. Particular points are: - The quality presentation of the house details of the property details, especially the photographs, which are not taken by some trainee with a cheap camera that they do not know how to use. - The package approach, so you know what you are going to get, coupled with the benefits of an up front payment. - The efficient, courteous arrangements for viewings and persistence in getting feedback from viewers. - The prompt response to concerns, such as when a second viewer decided that it was acceptable to turn up unannounced with six adults. - The supportive approach of the House Network recommended solicitor. Finally, the strongest recommendation is that my brother and sister in law are currently marketing their own property through House Network. We will continue to suggest in the future that friends and family consider using House Network.
