This is the second time I have used House Network to sell a property they provide a first class service. They assign you a personal negotiator to manage your sale providing a personal touch. You can communicate through their messaging service confident that the query will be dealt with or pick up the phone to speak to your negotiator in person. My negotiator was Aimee and she was very efficient. We had some friends who used a different agent ( a local agent) their experience was not so positive and they paid £2500 more for the experience.
