HN sold my house in a month and charged me 80% less than our best quote.

I would recommend House Network to anyone and I wouldn't normally do that, I thought that the staff were all very professional and efficient and you could always get hold of someone to help you at the end of the phone if any concerns or problems. I also liked having control of the website but again there was always somebody to help if I wasn't sure about something. As well it was great not to have a bill at the end as I paid upfront. We did not mind showing people around as we could answer all their questions on the spot, and who knows your house better than you!
