My first encounter was with James who popped out to value my property. He's a professional man with many years experience and having grilled him with all my questions James answered them all. He book another appointment to take photos and a video of my property so the first steps of showing off my property began. The whole experience was made easy and boy did the photos do my place justice. My next encounter was with Victoria who showed me a couple of properties I was interested in buying. The young lady showed me her caring compassionate side which meant a lot due to my sightloss. Nothing was to much trouble especially when it came to steps, stairs the view out of up stairs windows. I had spoken to Lucy on several occasions to arrange viewings and ask questions. I was again happy with the can do attitude, the polite young lady. I was contacted by Lorna once my property was offered on. This is when things start getting stressful but I needn't have worried. She kept me updated with progress and pushed the right buttons to move the paperwork along. The team from Quedgeley branch took ownership of my property which was sold quickly and my next property I offered on professionally every step of the way. I would do business with them again if I ever decide to move again.

Great service from the Property Centre and James in particular at the Quedgeley branch. The team provided me with a very quick service, getting my property from a valuation to market in just over 48 hours. The valuation price and subsequent achieved sale price was considerably higher than other independent agents who valued the property. James had viewings booked before the property was marketed, and the team kept up a steady stream of viewers until the property was sold around 10 days after being first marketed for asking price. James kept me updated throughout the process and advised on any price adjustments needed. Very happy to have also secured another property to purchase with James, again got us the best price with the vendor and great service.
