We just purchased a property through the Quedgeley branch I must say all the team have been very patience and helpful but with a very special mention to Hannah Taylor ,to say the chain behind us has been incompetent is an understaement but with her help and input helped us through a very stressful chain keeping us informed and up to date all the time ,Hannah is very friendly professional and nothing is ever too much trouble, many thanks much appreciated would highly recommend
