Our valuation was carried out by James Ellson, Quedgeley Office, who was down to earth and obviously knew his job well. We felt comfortable with him and his company handling our sale. Viewings were plentiful, and the house was sold within a week. The staff at the Property Centre were helpful, and 'on the ball' at all times. We arranged our own conveyancing, and this proved quite protracted and we had difficulty getting information regarding progress which was very slow, but sales progressor Stephanie Taylor helped us enormously. Stephanie was in continual contact with us and was aware of the lack of information we were getting from our conveyancer, and went out of her way to press them for information regarding this lack of progress, and when it was not forthcoming, went direct to our buyer's solicitor on our behalf. Without this action we would not have made progress. Bearing in mind Stephanie had other customers to assist, she gave us 100% attention. She was dogged and determined on our behalf, whilst being very polite, and gave us the confidence that we were in good hands. Due to the timing of some of her contact with us, we assumed she worked from home - She is certainly not a 9-5er! We are really pleased we chose the Property Centre to sell our house, and thoroughly recommend them.
