So to preface this, we now have a long relationship with The Property Centre as far as buying a home goes. We tried purchasing a house through them back in October 2021, had the offer accepted, mortgage in place, survey done etc and then the seller pulled out. We were devastated and out several thousand pounds and as first time buyers this is not the experience we had expected. The Property Centre were very supportive during this time, and we started working together closely to find our next property to try and purchase, we had a small area to look at based on our requirements and a difficult time to buy in any area was made worse by no housing stock coming to market. The team worked tirelessly trying to find us a place, getting us in to properties as soon as humanly possible, constantly keeping us in the loop with potential properties and ensuring that we had the best advice when it came to making offers of our own. I'd specifically like to mention how helpful Lucy, Jackie and Victoria were; they were an absolute God send through this process and were so patient and determined to find us a place and I can happily say we have completed and are in our new home thanks to them. We couldn't be happier and we'll certainly be using their services in the future.
