Otis is an honest and decent bloke. Not too 'salesy' and easy to deal with. We had a protracted sale (not due to any fault of Otis/Tuck's) and at times it was hard going but Otis was calm and honest throughout and we got there in the end. Special mentions to Sue and Miles who were also very helpful. Highly recommended.
