Excellent from start to finish

We had our house on the market with a small local agent for five months, fewer than ten viewings and were asking us to reduce the asking price of our house significantly. By fortune Move Revolution knocked on our door - told us anyone could sell the house at a lower price and to keep it on at the same price. Gave some excellent feedback on what to do with the property and all of this before I had signed with them. So I decided to switch to Move Revolution who were a little more expensive but had the right approach and we had over ten viewings and an excellent offer within two weeks. We had a whatsapp group created, the feedback from every viewing was excellent and I liked their approach to marketing. They kept us updated throughout and were in the driving seat throughout. I also got the sense they were balanced and not one sided towards us or prospective buyers. Would definitely use again!

We had Matthew first value our house and then act as the agent in selling it, he was very knowledgeable about the local area and prices that house were and should be going for.
