Needing to be proceed-able to enable a reservation to be placed on a house and development we had been hoping to move to for some time I was recommended to use the services of ‘Tracy Gilmore / Gilmore Estates’ to market our house. From making the initial phone call to Tracy, our house was marketed, viewed and sale agreed upon within 7 days enabling us to place our reservation on our new home.
