I'm a first time buyer, and as everyone can appreciate, the process can be extremely daunting. Webbs in Cannock have always responded to any questions and queries in a timely manner, have always been ready to help and put my mind at ease, and always been pleasant , polite, and positive whenever I contact them. I would like to thank Webbs estate agents for everything they have done from the start of our journey in selling our home. Firstly, we had other estate agents involved who did not promote our house successfully. Webbs took loads of great photos and advertised us, and almost straight after listing our home, they found our buyer. It took a long time to complete, but you cannot control house chains, and the bottom of ours kept falling through. We were happy to stay in our home, as we couldn't find another house we liked. Thankfully, our buyer was committed, and after some involvement with Webbs, they managed to sell their property too, which moved things along very quickly. We were assigned a member of the team, who looked after us throughout. She phoned us nearly every week to check in and kept us fully informed. This made the process so much easier.
