She took the time to walk me through everything step by step which must have seemed like trying to teach a 5 year old quantum physics. I asked her to take on my property on a fully managed basis, within a matter of weeks everything was sorted. Yesterday I signed the final papers and can say how very much I appreciate her knowledge and experience not only towards me, but to my tenants too. Every obstacle put up by the first Agent, Sophie handled with incredible positivity and very little fuss. I cannot recommend her enough, she made a very difficult time so much easier for me.
