Hi David, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Firstly, let me apologise if a member of our team was rude, this is not acceptable, and the matter will be investigated. Due to exceptional demand for rental properties, we do require an applicant to complete a short application form, this should take no more than a few minutes to submit. Our feedback has been that this step is preferable to wasting considerably more time, in traveling to a property and viewing it, when an applicant may not fulfil the referencing criteria, or in your case the landlord’s specific requirement. If we can be of any assistance in the future, please don’t’ hesitate to get in touch.
