I can't thank or praise Sharon highly enough. The sale of my fathers flat went through quickly and smoothly to my great surprise as due to his ill health, it was in a terrible condition and I would have thought it pretty unsellable. There were a variety of very complicated legal issues that required attention before the sale could go through and she was fantastic at keeping me informed at every stage of the proceedings. I must add that I live in the UAE so I was not around personally to attend to things all of the time. After selling my home through Normie's Nigel even dealt with the purchase of my new home which was from a from a different estate agent, I just gave him the details and he did the rest The whole process of selling my house and buying my new home was hassle and mostly stress free thanks to Nigel and his wonderful team any issues that did crop up all I did was e mail Nigel and he dealt with it, allowing myself to get on with life.:)
