I used Andrew from Martin&Co to sell my property and can honestly not recommend him highly enough. He gave me honest and useful advice, secured numerous viewings on my property within the first week of marketing and secured us a sale at a price higher than we had expected to achieve almost immediately. He then kept us updated all the way through the process and was also able to recommend a fantastic Solicitor. In addition he has been actively helping us look for a new property for ourselves. I know many people find selling a house extremely stressful but thanks to Andrew the whole sale has ran smoothly and kept me stress-free. He has been really professional and friendly throughout and a pleasure to deal with.
