Shelley went above and beyond for my family and myself! From the initial phone call to signing papers for our new place, every step. - upon initial phone call ask for a viewing, it was simple as she booked us in told us abit about the area as we are new to the area as well as manchester. - we got same day viewing, Shelley showed us round the house, pointed out benefits for us and our needs as a family aeound the area as well, which was super beneifitcal to us. -signing was very simple with guarentor and deposit, she posted the contract to my father which really helped him out as he is technically challenged. -and on moving day I was super stressed had my little on with me, so she did me a massive favour and came to the house and we signed papers there.
