Had to get housing standards involved after the damp and mould started damaging the property. These people care very little for tenants and treat people with a great lack of respect or common decency. If anyone else is being down trodden by Northwood I urge you to contact housing standards.

Hello Christopher, we are very sorry for the maintenance issues that occurred whilst you were residing in the property. As I am sure you know, we and the owner did everything we could whilst you were living there but unfortunately the issues were beyond our control. As you know we had work done before you moved in and had no signs this hadn't worked. We wish you all the best in your new property.
