As a landlord it is important for me to have an agent that reduces any stress or aggravation that might occur with a letting and Sophie has proved exemplary at this. During a recent insurance claim (no blame to either tenant or landlord) she was a total star organizing the claim on a third party company, secured a win, got a superior replacement carpet and organized it being fitted - superb!
