From contacting them regarding the initial viewing of the property, the lady who I met there was brilliant answering any questions. The lady at the second viewing was also lovely, letting us have a wander round and discuss things etc. Further contacting regarding putting in an offer and the acceptance were so smooth and quick. As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing but they were really helpful with everything along the way.
