I would advise people to use Brooks Estate and Letting Agents, very friendly staff always in contact with you ,always sending out new houses on the market with them not like other Estate agents if you don't use there facilities ie mortgage advisors or solicitors they don't ring you back and your not on there hot list. But brooks never did anything like that its the only Estate agent we have felt comfortable with and are so happy with thank you to the staff.
