On first enquiry I spoke with Clare at the Prescot branch of Belvoir. I found Clare to be very professional, polite and helpful. She fully explained the procedure and process for renting the property. I followed the simple instructions online and soon paid for and passed the required credit checks. The entire process was easy and on 1St February we moved into the new house which is in immaculate condition.. My experience with Clare and Belvoir has been a great pleasure.
