I had an issue with my daughter's tenancy which was passed around to a couple of people and finally (thankfully) landed on Tarun Patel's desk. He could not have been more helpful. He proactively investigated, called me back every time he said he would, and in the end went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me before it was resolved internally.
