From the word go he communicated well with me, came to take the photos of the flat and kept me updated in terms of progress. They found me a tenant sooner than I thought and I wished I had got in touch with them earlier. I spoke to the owner of estate agent once and he also was very pleasant and polite to me. I will definitely use them in future. Ollie was professional, professionally dressed when he came to meet me and tool his time to explain everything.
