I am a potential new franchisee coming into the Nicholas Humphreys Franchise and I spend a day in the Southampton branch with Bhav and Adrian. Both were very supportive and helped me out a lot. I went and views some properties, took pictures and both were very happy to answer any questions I had. The branch was run at a very high standard and the relationship that Bhav and Adrian had with both landlords and tenants was amazing. It was very clear that the main priority of this branch was customer satisfaction. A brilliantly run estate agents that values there customers. I would recommend that all local students uses these guys.
