Having not purchased a house for a number of years, I was nervous about starting the process of purchasing. We found our new home online and contacted Simon for a viewing. From our first meeting, he was professional and calming. Our situation was complicated with us waiting for probate to sell another property. Again, nothing seemed to phase Simon and he took the lead in pushing solicitors to a date that we wanted. All in all, what is a very stressful process was handled remarkably well by Simon.

They are very helpful, friendly andopen about letting you know what is going on. I spoke mainly to Simon who was always happy to help and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with the seller. I would recomend them to anyone buying a property.
