I would like to recognize Emma Reid for her outstanding effort at our viewing today. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her job. The depth in which she covered was remarkable and we truly appreciate the way she went about the viewing. She really was a breath of fresh air to me and my partner. Emma did my inspection today. She was so helpful in coming and visiting me first due to my own time constraints. As always, Emma was chatty, funny and friendly - which is uncommon when letting someone into your home to inspect!

We have been renting a property with Northwood for about a year and a half, and they have consistently been a pleasure to deal with. Anita and Gillian have been incredibly helpful to us, especially throughout the last few months. We have had countless maintenance issues arise: boilers breaking, hot water loss, building related issues. Despite this, they have always endeavoured to get them all sorted ASAP. Equally, a mention for Emma who was an absolute joy to have visit our flat for a property inspection. She was lovely and I felt as though she truly cared about things that were happening in our flat. I’ve never had such great service from an estate agency before, and Northwood Portsmouth are at an exceptional standard compared to the rest which we have experienced in the local area.
