Northwood have recently helped us to sell our house. Simon managed the sale and we found him to be extremely hardworking, patient and supportive. The sale took longer than expected, but Simon was always at the other end of the phone or an email to offer reassurance and some of his dry sense of humour! I have been renting with Northwood for 5 years now and the customer service is second to none. Any issues have been sorted straight away, Nothing has ever been an issue. I have recently had an inspection on the property and Emma the agent has been amazing. She thoroughly went through the property with myself always asking if I had any concerns or issues.
