Northwood have been my letting agent for 8 yrs. They acquired my business initially using a crafty but clever move to compete with another agent by offering the first 3 months with no letting fee. Even without doing that, I would highly recommend them. I've had NO trouble whatsoever under their fully managed scheme at 10%. You can always get hold of staff, maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and fairly when it comes to price. Even when it came to selling my property, their sales team worked closely with lettings and despite a slump in property sales, they've negotiated a sale, on top of which my tenant showed signs of not moving out when asked. Due to the professionalism of staff, Northwood handled the situation so well, my tenant left with no need for legal action. Seriously cannot recommend Northwood enough. Thank you all of you for making my life as a landlord and vendor a painless and profitable experience.

Northwood have looked after our property for a number of years now, following a disastrous period with another agent. The two ladies on the maintenance side do their job to a high stand without them i would not have the standard of trades people to help fix things when there is a problem.
