I have utilised Northwood's Guaranteed Rent scheme for the past 15 years. Living abroad during that period gave us piece of mind that our tenants were taken care of and we received an income every month. With this scheme, Northwood have handled any maintenance with their contractors and quotes for work could be quickly approved by email. There were times early on when we had some difficult tenants but we did not have to worry about tenants not paying or needing to be evicted. Apart from the odd exception, tenants have been very good and looked after property well. Northwood also supported the recent sale of the property achieving a sales price in line with expectation.
