I instructed Northwood by mistake, but am so glad I did. Simon attended initially to provide our valuation and once we instructed him to go ahead, he had several viewings lined up within a few days and we sold it within a week. Our sale proceeded really smoothly but when we did hit a problem Simon took control and dealt with it as if it was his own property.
