I would like to thank specifically Kevin for all his efforts in getting my father's property sold. What started at what seemed like a simple property sale with seemingly no chain turned out to be somewhat more of a challenge. Kevin worked hard with both sides of the transaction including solicitors keeping everyone informed on progress (good or bad). Kevin was not fazed by some of the challenges even with me on the phone getting frustrated with progress. The sale got over the line and I do believe that wouldn’t have happened without Kevin’s professionalism and tenacity to get it done. None of the challenges were of Kevin’s doing but he stayed focused and I thank him personally for all the work above and beyond he put in to complete. I would have no problems in recommending Kings Estates and Kevin.

He undoubtedly knows his patch and was incredibly helpful throughout, keeping touch with our purchaser and guiding the process for us to a successful outcome. Not the first time I've personally used Kevin, and I would have absolutely no reservations in using him again if the opportunity arises.

They go above and beyond what you would expect from real estate agents! They included required upgrades at a reasonable cost, and always responded immediately to any last minute issues that would come up.

The decoration and the way the restaurant is organised works wonderfully. We were put in a two person booth-ish area, but it was very cute and nice. We had a range of nigiri and maki, and the “spider maki” (soft shell crab maki) was my favourite. We also got the tempura prawns, chilli and chicken stir fry udon and the tempura ice cream. Also, the waiters were very kind and helpful. My partner wanted to try some sake, and the one the waitress recommended was beautiful. So so good, will come again!

A lovely meal out, lots of choice on the menu and great, friendly staff. They even surprised my friend fror her birthday.

Very cosy restaurant. Excellent spot if you're not too familiar with Japanese food as the menu is extensive with lots of detail. Food was delicious, the sushi was fresh and the wait wasn't too long. Fantastic meal and great atmosphere.

Really impressed with Sakura, the prices gave gone up a bit from my last visit; but more importantly, the food was superb. The sashimi just melted in my mouth, perfect. A table of 8 all enjoyed the food Worth a visit if you want good Asian food
