Throughout the process, all of the team were extremely professional and personable. The property we sold through Sawdye and Harris was not a straight forward home, but all aspects of the sale and negotiation were dealt with tactfully we feel that we achieved optimum results both for ourselves and the buyers. The staff have many local contacts and were able to bridge the gap between solicitors efficiently. Viewings and negotiations were hindered by the COVID-19 pandemic but Katie, Michelle and the team were able to keep things moving at a good pace throughout.
