We sold and purchased through Sawdye and Harris as we wanted to use a local estate agent to Chudleigh. Katie was very responsive in valuing our property as soon as we came out of lockdown and within a week it was online and advertised. Sarah and Nicole carried out a number of viewings and we accepted an offer 2 weeks later. Katie found a house for us and we were able to view before even going on the market. We made an offer and it was accepted. Unfortunately our buyers were time wasters and as soon as we realised this, Sarah had another offer from someone else which we accepted.
