Hi Emily - I am sorry to read your review. Due to appointments on the day and a last minute staff emergency, we had to organise the keys later than planned. I believe there was a 45 minute delay, and we will of course cover any costs incurred by your removers. With regards to the items left, this is a matter for the solicitors and I can see my team have been assisting, but it would be inappropriate to comment further in open forum.
