Having dealt with 4 or 5 different estate agents around Norwich over the last 8 or so years for everything from renting, buying, selling and letting out, we hadn't been impressed with any of them. Some of them completely incompetent, at best unprofessional and always seeming to mess things up. However not this time! Starkings & Watsons are a welcome relief to the unfortunate estate agent stereotype! From the first meeting for the initial viewing we got the perfect mix of professional, genuine and friendly and this continued all the way through to purchase, with just the right level of care and information, making us reassured every step of the way. Starkings & Watsons have been faultless, and I never thought I'd say that about an estate agents! Thoroughly recommend.
