From day 1 our experience with the staff at Starkings & Watson has been fantastic, from our first meeting with Chris to the sales procedure with Stephen and Carl at the Poringland office and Catherine and Melissa in the sales progression team. It's been a long and arduous process and they never once lost their cool, so professional and helpful and prompt with their replies. We have never once felt let down by them throughout the whole process. It has made a very stressful time, much easier for our whole family, to have their constant support has meant a lot to us and we are very grateful to have chosen them to deal with the sale of our beloved late mother's house.
