I recently bought buy to let property with Martin and co . And, I had viewing appointment in the month of October. I was very busy that day, as I was working at my other place. Complete mess, but I still made it. As I knocked on the door , very charming lady , Gail Bond answered me.. wowwwww... such a pleasant attitude, very different way of welcoming and so on.... Great team and Maggie in particular has always been amazing and on the ball with anything that's needed dealing with. Great support and very professional.

I was very nervous about letting my house outing so wanted someone to manage the process for me, especially as I am not based near the house I am letting. Martin & Co have been great. They found me tenants and 3 years on we have the same tenants in place, which is great for continuity and no loss of rental income. They are very responsive if there is a maintenance problem and always seek my opinion before carrying out any work. So far they have made what I thought would be a stressful process nice and easy. Hopefully for more years to come.
