Excellent, responsive, timely, courteous property managers. Martin and Co were very accommodating of our various requests throughout our tenancy and then during us moving out of our flat the end of our contract (e.g. cancelling one of the periodic property inspections at a time when we were very busy and the place was full of moving boxes). They seem like all-around good eggs and we were very happy with the service we received from them. Despite what I'd learned about letting agents from watching the telly, not a single one of the Martin and Co employees offered me a cheeky swifter of Turkish champagne, tried to feed my newborn child egg, or chased a pigeon around our flat while knocking over all of our possessions. While this was mildly disappointing in the end, I suppose I should be thankful.
