I have been with accommodation bureau for 6 years..From day one the team were great..Many thanks to Lee who really helped me at the very start to the very end of my tenancy..I didn't know Sophie for very long but she was always helpful on the phone and friendly.It was nice to put a face with a name at the end of my tenancy. Accommodation bureau are very friendly and always help with any problems..Their hands are very much tied when it comes to repairs etc and horrific rent increases, as the landlord/landlady has the ultimate decision in that.I do feel that when you pay rent and also all the rent increases without fail every month ,keep the house clean and tidy and respect the house you are living in,knowing that it isnt yours,the landlord needs to recognise this and be more accommadating to repairs etc that need to be done.. When you have your inspections to check property and any problems,you are still saying the same problems 5 years down the line its a little hard to take when you have substantial rent increases every year. I would certainly recommend Accommodation Bureau as a letting agent to anybody.. The team were great..once again thank you for all your help over the last 6 years
