We bought our first home last year and we had the absolute pleasure of James being our estate agent. We cannot even put into words how wonderful and helpful James was throughout the whole process from when we first called to view the property right until we got the keys and beyond. We had heard horror stories about buying houses etc so we were very anxious going into this, however, James settled any nerves and was always on hand with information and guidance, he has completely blown us and our families away with how lovely and supportive he was. Even when James was on annual leave, we were told in advance and handed over to the lovely Craig who was just as helpful and informative. James dealt with our many viewings and family members who wanted to come and see the house! The care box on completion was also such a lovely touch and we have left the process with James and Ewe Move feeling incredibly positive and cared for. We are so happy in our home and we know that a huge part of that is down to James’ efforts. We cannot say thank you enough!!!
