Fantastic service from start to finish

From start to finish the people at Moginie James were very helpful in helping me find a 3 month let in Cardiff. I visited them at their Cardiff Bay office and Becca and Natalie were incredibly helpful and gave some great advice. In fact they even suggested I look at serviced apartments on a very short term basis to save me money, even though that would have probably lost them business. Rhys from the Pontcanna office then called me a couple of days later to tell me of a property in the city centre which was available for a 3 month let. Since I was commuting from London I was very keen to see the property the same day. Although his schedule didn't allow it, he booked me in for a 15 minute viewing the same day with Becky. This short appointment didn't stop her from sparing us loads of time to show us 3 different options in the building and answering all our questions. I was next in Cardiff two days later and decided to go ahead with oneach of the flats. Sarah in the Pontcanna office handled my business from this point on and was incredibly helpful the whole way. There were a couple of complications that came up but her approach was always to try and find a solution and get the deal done, which was exactly what was needed, since the move in date was only a couple of days ahead. Overall, from my initial meeting at the Bay office where I was just having a feeler of my options to getting me moved in to a new flat in a week's time, the staff at Moginie James understood my needs and helped get the job done. I have no qualms about recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone looking at property in the Cardiff area and they will be my first port of call should I need an Estate agent again in the near future.
