Not so bad staff

In my opinion, Sweetmove failed to look after the property as well as they should. The tenants had mounted televisions to walls, as well as other items, and glued on child locks, on for example the oven, none of which was allowed. Once I decided that I'd live in the property myself (I gave 6 months notice and due to the tenants request to move out before the end of the contact, allowed them to do so), thus no longer using Sweetmove, they weren't interested in whatever I said - all they cared about was the tenants and ensuring the rented another property through them.
