Positive experience from start to finish. Louise made us feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole process. Communicated well verbally and was very prompt in returning emails. Aimee is also exemplary in her job on front desk, her meet and greet is warm and friendly and she clearly goes the extra mile in follow up emails and passing on messages. Both Aimee and Louise go above and beyond in customer service.
