I have been with this letting agency for a number of years and have received good service , with questions answered in a timely and friendly manner by my property agent, Emma Greaves. I have had cause to complain about the company, the Executive Letts, when there was a mix up over energy supplier when the tennant downstairs left ,which took months to sort out, but apart from that Martin and Co. are an extreemly professional agency. The 3 monthly inspections are undertaken in a friendly manner, with any 'problems ' being highlighted and followed up, along with photographic evidence.
