Martin& Co have been very efficient in helping fill my properties. The initial advice given in order to attract a tenant and to achieve maximum rent worked well. My properties were marketed & viewings started right away, the staff involved took good care in finding suitable Tenants & setting up the Tenancy's , relieving me of the time and pressures involved. Very polite,efficient and helpful.

Martin and Co have been absolutely fantastic with their service in finding a suitable tenant for our apartment rental. From the minute we contacted them, through the whole process, they have been utterly professional and communicative. Sandy Francis is to be highly recommended for her experience and knowledgeable approach, which clearly gets results. We searched online for an excellent letting agent, and Martin and Co are them....one phone call only to them, and no need to look elsewhere!

I have just secured a property to let at Martin and co. I definitely reccomend. One of the reasons I believe I had chosen this company out of all the places I had been to see with varying other agencies was the letting agent Louise Pearce, she was the most relaxed, most informative and I didn’t feel as if I was under any pressure or obligation to sign there and then. The properties they have to offer are brilliant and there service is even better!
