I have recently had the pleasure of using Martin and Co and in particular one staff member Abigail, for my new house move. Abigail was very friendly and professional throughout and when things appeared not to be going as they should, she found ways to keep us(my wife and I) calm and sort things out. Martin and Co have been strengthened in their lettings business by the incorporation of Executive Lets. They have been prompt in finding tenants of the right quality, flexible over the changes in start dates due to electrical works, quick to settle money owing, and Louise manages to have both good attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. I am pleased that I have returned to using them again.

Although this is the first time I have used Martin & Co I have had dealings with its predecessor Executive Lets and have always received good service. Tenants have been found very quickly by the team and in particular Sandy Francis, who I have dealt with in previous lettings, and Gemma have provided excellent service to me as a landlord.

Martin& Co have been very efficient in helping fill my properties. The initial advice given in order to attract a tenant and to achieve maximum rent worked well. My properties were marketed & viewings started right away, the staff involved took good care in finding suitable Tenants & setting up the Tenancy's , relieving me of the time and pressures involved. Very polite,efficient and helpful.

Just started letting as a student, we caused hassle trying to sign up but as soon as we completed our responsibilities the tenancy was done in a matter of day and all staff are helpful and friendly!

Courteous, polite, professional and well presented. Informative, competent, and did what was required with no fuss.
