Dear Sue, Thank you for your response. We don't currently serve food, but perhaps this is an area that we could consider introducing in the future. Maybe you could get in touch to let me know whether you'd prefer a full sit-down menu or more of a causal buffet dining experience. If I've misunderstood and you're actually having an issue turning-on your oven to heat your food, I'm sure our property management team would be only too happy to assist..... anyhow, food for thought. In terms of the process for new tenancies, we don't charge new tenants any fees but do need to conduct referencing which may require a work reference.
