I have been with this letting agency for a number of years and have received good service , with questions answered in a timely and friendly manner by my property agent, Emma Greaves. I have had cause to complain about the company, the Executive Letts, when there was a mix up over energy supplier when the tennant downstairs left ,which took months to sort out, but apart from that Martin and Co. are an extreemly professional agency. The 3 monthly inspections are undertaken in a friendly manner, with any 'problems ' being highlighted and followed up, along with photographic evidence.

Very easy process from start to end. Quick to respond. Quick to sort out any issues. Inspections handled smoothly. Good property management and liaison with landlord. My only critique would be tenant notes should be clearer on system for the different departments within to access, or this should be something they should do. We had cats and made a note everytime that inspections could be done only on Wednesdays or Thursday's - had this been on our file, we wouldn't have had to keep rescheduling. Only minor.

Thank goodness for Christie Young who is super professional and conscientious. If I email her, the job is always done to a high standard. Sadly I cannot say this about the professionalism of the letting team.

This is the only letting agent I’ve had where the MD is never available to speak with over the phone or even by email. The previous letting agent’s MD’s were available, I’d even met them, and exchanged emails from them. All reviews on this site seem to be answered directly by the MD. My tenancy ended with Martin & Co earlier this year but today out of the blue I received a promotional email from them, compelling me to get a response directly from Mr Whittaker. Thank you.
