Great experience overall with our purchase from start to finish. James booked us in for a number of viewings where he demonstrated his expert knowledge of the area and properties. Dan then looked after us in presenting our initial and improved offer whilst keeping us updated throughout. He did not apply any unnecessary pressure in attempting to speed up the completion of the purchase. The branch also had a dedicated member of the team actively chasing up both solicitors to prevent any delays. I'd definitely recommend using Robsons in the future.
